Shipping and Return Policy:

We ship UPS and USPS.  Allow approximately 7 days for delivery of your neck rests.

If your merchandise is defective or damaged, you need to inform us within five (5) days to make arrangements for a replacement or refund.

If you are not satisfied with your merchandise, you can return it prepaid within 30 days of your order. You will be refunded for the cost of the merchandise. We do not refund your original shipping charges.

We do not charge you a restocking fee.  We suggest that you also insure the package in case it gets misplaced, lost or damaged. The NEK-EEZ Co. cannot be responsible for lost, misplaced or damaged merchandise that you return.
