Terms:

We ship via UPS and USPS.  Allow approximately 8 to 10 days for delivery of
your neck rests.

If your merchandise is defective or damaged, you need to inform us within 5
days to make arrangements for a replacement or refund.

If you are not satisfied with your merchandise, you can return it prepaid within
30 days of your order.  The neck rests must be in good condition.  You will be
refunded for the cost of the merchandise excluding shipping charges.

We suggest that you also insure the package in case it gets misplaced, lost, or
damaged.  The NEK-EEZ Co. cannot be responsible for lost, misplaced, or
damaged merchandise that you return.

We do not charge you a restocking fee.
